Back on Blogger

Well this site has been dormant for far too long.

I started this site back in 2012 with Ideas of what I could do and what I would like to achieve with it.

Well here we are in April 2014 and it has currently got 4 post on it before this one.

Things have changed alot for me over the last few years I got married, moved house and had 2 more children, so very busy now. 

Over the last few months I have been listening to Pat Flynn over at Smart Passive income and Glen Allsop over at Viper Chill on podcasts and these guys have really changed the way I think about what can really be done to make a living online. 

I am in the process of creating a few different sites to help local businesses online and it all started with this site way back in 2012. 

I will use this site to try out an test all of my Google products like:-

• Adsense
• Keyword checker
• Google+
• Youtube 

This website has always ranked higher than the main GoFarrMedia website that I created and I believe that is down to Google's ownership of the Blogger platform.

Well that's me for tonight I will keep you posted on the changes and progress across the different outlets and different software that I will be using. just to keep a diary for me to revert back to.

One thing I found out when I was searching through this site I was actually going to close it down then I saw my Adsense account that is attached to it and I currently have £1.08 in the bank.

While this is a very small amount of money it is money that has been generated from a website with 4 posts on!!! 

I am actually excited about writing again and smiling at the prospect of maybe making some money online.

As I have never worked for my self  I have been learning a huge amount over the last few days.

Where are we Today?

Wow what a crazy month this has been.

I have signed up for a business Start up course with Maybe Magazine via the Jobcentre.
It is going really well its an Accredited course with city and guilds on how to start a business.
I have met some fantastic people all with their own business ideas and products that they wish to sell.

I have been working on a Facebook business page for 106.6FM In2Beats Bedford's urban radio station, They wanted a Listen Live button on their Facebook page along with tabs for their Youtube videos and Twitter feeds. check it out here www.facebook.com/in2beatsFM

With a few clients in the pipeline it is great to see things coming together.

Yesterday 15/07/2012 was a fantastic learning day for me spent 8 hours learning HTML and CSS what a fantastic day all thanks to Mike Pepper over at www.everwax.co.uk Thanks Mike.
